Why We Collect Data<\/h3>\nPurchases in the online store \u2013 when making a purchase, you provide us with your first name, last name, address, postal code, city, country, email address, telephone number and, where applicable, company name and company VAT\/tax number. We need this information for delivery, issuing invoices and fulfilling your order. We will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during the purchase. We may also send special offers and notifications to your email address and telephone number (via SMS). We may use anonymised aggregated data for statistical analysis purposes.\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The user agrees that they may receive notifications and promotional offers from our online store via email and\/or SMS to their telephone number.<\/span>\n\n<h3>5. SMS Notifications<\/h3>\nFor sending electronic messages to individuals (SMS messages, messages through instant messaging applications and email messages), the controller uses the <strong>Cartfox<\/strong> service. The controller manages personal data jointly with the Cartfox service provider.\n\n<strong>Personal data<\/strong> of individuals processed within the Cartfox service includes:\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>email address;<\/li>\n \t<li>telephone number;<\/li>\n \t<li>information about the website or application through which the email address and\/or telephone number was provided;<\/li>\n \t<li>information relating to the sending of messages:\n<ul>\n \t<li>type of message (SMS, instant messaging application message (type of application), email message);<\/li>\n \t<li>date sent;<\/li>\n \t<li>time sent;<\/li>\n \t<li>content\/purpose of the message (e.g. abandoned shopping cart, discount notification, etc.);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>information regarding undeliverable messages (date and time when the non-delivery notification was received);<\/li>\n \t<li>information regarding actions performed (e.g. purchase of an item from an abandoned shopping cart, purchase of a discounted item, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nPersonal data (email address, telephone number) is <strong>automatically transmitted<\/strong> to the joint controller, the Cartfox service provider, when an individual enters this information on the controller\u2019s website or application.\n\nThe <strong>legal basis for processing<\/strong> personal data when using the Cartfox service is:\n\n<ul>\n \t<li>the individual\u2019s consent (for recipients who have provided consent to receive messages);<\/li>\n \t<li>the controller\u2019s legitimate interest (for recipients who have not provided consent to receive messages).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nEach message received contains instructions for easily unsubscribing from further messages. By unsubscribing, the recipient only unsubscribes from messages sent through the Cartfox service. If you wish to unsubscribe completely from all messages sent by the controller, you may contact us at <a href=\"mailto:gdpr@upravljavec.si\">[gdpr@upravljavec.si](mailto:gdpr@upravljavec.si)<\/a>.\n\nThe <strong>purpose of processing personal data<\/strong> within the Cartfox service is to encourage recipients to purchase products or services on the controller\u2019s website or application, or to verify their intention to conclude a contract (e.g. in connection with abandoned shopping cart notifications).\n\nPersonal data processed within the Cartfox service is <strong>not disclosed<\/strong> to third parties (except to the joint controller, the Cartfox service provider), and the controller <strong>does not have direct access<\/strong> to such data. Within Cartfox, the controller can only access reports containing aggregated and therefore anonymised data (e.g. number of messages sent, number of purchases resulting from sent messages, etc.).\n\nPersonal data processed within the Cartfox service is <strong>not transferred to third countries or international organisations<\/strong>, meaning it is not exported or transferred outside the territory of EU Member States.\n\nInformation regarding the <strong>retention period<\/strong> of personal data processed within Cartfox, the <strong>protection<\/strong> of such personal data and the <strong>rights<\/strong> individuals have in relation to such personal data is available in the <u>CARTFOX Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy<\/u>.
