We reserve the right to make subsequent changes to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes become effective and binding on users from the moment they are published.\n\n<h3>AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION<\/h3>\nThe provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:\n<ul>\n \t<li>company identity (company name and registered office, registration number),<\/li>\n \t<li>contact details enabling users to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, telephone),<\/li>\n \t<li>essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and warranties),<\/li>\n \t<li>availability of products (each product or service offered on the website should be available within a reasonable period),<\/li>\n \t<li>conditions of delivery of products or provision of services (method, place and delivery time),<\/li>\n \t<li>all prices, clearly and unambiguously stated (including information on whether taxes and delivery costs are included),<\/li>\n \t<li>payment and delivery methods,<\/li>\n \t<li>period of validity of the offer,<\/li>\n \t<li>the period within which withdrawal from the purchase (contract) is still possible and the conditions for withdrawal (including whether and what costs the customer may incur when withdrawing from the purchase contract),<\/li>\n \t<li>an explanation of the complaints procedure, including all relevant contact details of the person or department responsible for customer relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>ONLINE STORE<\/h3>\nThe online store operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We reserve the right to restrict, modify or completely suspend the sale of certain or all products for a specified or unspecified period, or to restrict or completely suspend access to the online store for a specified or unspecified period. We also reserve the right to reject an order in the event of an obvious error in the online store (e.g. incorrect price, incorrect product).\n\n<h3>HOW TO SHOP IN OUR ONLINE STORE<\/h3>\nFor greater clarity and an easier shopping experience, we have prepared instructions on how to shop in our online store:\n\n<strong>1. Select a product<\/strong>\n\nClick the \u201cBUY NOW\u201d button or the product image to view more detailed information. Select the appropriate size and quantity, then click the \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d button. The product will be added to your shopping cart. Order received\n\nAfter placing an order, the customer receives an email notification confirming that the order has been received.\n\n2. Order confirmed\n\nThe provider may contact the customer by telephone or email to verify information or ensure the accuracy of delivery details. The provider will keep the customer informed by email regarding current information concerning the delivery of the goods.\n\n3. Dispatch of goods\n\nWithin the agreed period, the provider prepares and dispatches the goods and notifies the customer by email.\n\nIMPORTANT: if the customer decides to cancel an order, they must notify us immediately by telephone at 031 334 017 or by email at [info@go4goal.net](mailto:info@go4goal.net).\n\n<h3>CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS<\/h3>\nThe user\/customer agrees that they may receive notifications and promotional offers from our online store via email and\/or SMS to their telephone number.\n\n<h3>PURCHASES BY LEGAL ENTITIES<\/h3>\nThe purchasing procedure for legal entities is the same as for individuals, except that in the first step you must complete the \u201cCompany Name\u201d field. Enter the company name and VAT\/tax number in this field.\n\nIf you require an invoice issued to a company, you accept the terms and conditions applicable to businesses.\n\nThe main difference concerns the right of withdrawal from the contract:\n\nCompanies, sole proprietors and other legal entities may return products under the applicable warranty conditions. The aforementioned organisations do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason for their decision, as is the case for consumers (individuals). Each return will be considered individually, while we will endeavour to comply with the supplier&#8217;s criteria. Where a return is approved, you may exchange the product for another product of your choice (of equal, higher or lower value). Unfortunately, a refund of the purchase price is not possible. Purchases made by legal entities are also subject to the GO4GOAL Terms and Conditions, with the exception of the aforementioned withdrawal rights. More information about returns under warranty conditions is provided further down this page under RETURN OF GOODS.\n\n<h3>AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS<\/h3>\nThe provider offers the following payment methods:\n<ul>\n \t<li>cash on delivery (Slovenia only),<\/li>\n \t<li>bank transfer to the bank account of GO4GOAL d.o.o. based on an offer\/pro forma invoice,<\/li>\n \t<li>via PayPal,<\/li>\n \t<li>by credit card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nNote: goods cannot be ordered via a premium-rate telephone number.\n\n<h3>ISSUING INVOICES<\/h3>\nThe provider issues the customer an invoice with an itemised breakdown of costs. The customer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the information on the invoice and notify the seller of any errors within eight days of receipt. Prices include value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.\n\nThe published product prices apply and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time an individual order is placed will apply to the purchase.\n\n<h3>PRODUCT RANGE<\/h3>\nDue to the nature of online business, the GO4GOAL product range is updated and changed frequently and rapidly.\n\n<h3>DELIVERY<\/h3>\nThe provider will deliver the goods within the agreed period.\n\nThe contractual delivery partner is Po\u0161ta Slovenije; however, the provider reserves the right to select another delivery service if this enables the order to be fulfilled more efficiently.\n\n<h3>SHIPPING COSTS<\/h3>\nShipping costs are paid by the customer. In the case of cash on delivery, an additional fee of EUR 1.50 is charged to the customer.\n\n<strong>Delivery address<\/strong>\n\nYour order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout before placing the order.\n\n<strong>Delivery time<\/strong>\n\nYou can expect your package within 1\u20133 working days (within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia).\n\n<h3>Important!<\/h3>\nDelivery time may be extended if the customer does not answer a telephone call from the delivery service.\n\nDelivery time may also be extended if the recipient&#8217;s address details are incorrect.\n\nAll orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched to the requested address on the first working day of the week (usually Monday, except in the case of national or other public holidays).\n\nDelivery and payment methods\n\n1. Delivery to your address \u2013 cash on delivery\n\nWe offer the option of cash on delivery. The customer pays the value of the package to the delivery service upon receipt; otherwise, the package cannot be collected. If the delivery service does not find you at your address at the time of delivery, they will leave a notice regarding delivery and collection of the shipment.\n\n2. Delivery to your address \u2013 payment by bank transfer\n\nBased on the issued pro forma invoice, the customer pays for the ordered product, retains proof of payment and receives the order in the following days without any additional obligations. The order is dispatched once the payment has been credited to the company&#8217;s bank account. If the delivery service does not find you at your address at the time of delivery, they will leave a notice regarding delivery and collection of the shipment.\n\n3. Delivery to your address \u2013 payment via PayPal or credit card\n\nPayment via PayPal or credit card is a secure form of electronic payment that ensures safe transactions between the customer and the seller. It is anonymous, fast and secure. The customer transfers the purchase amount to the seller&#8217;s agreed account, after which the ordered product is dispatched. If the delivery service does not find you at your address at the time of delivery, they will leave a notice regarding delivery and collection of the shipment.\n\n<h3>DELIVERY PRICE LIST<\/h3>\nThe delivery price within Slovenia is EUR 3.80 (Po\u0161ta Slovenije). All products sold in the online store are in stock in our warehouse.\n\n<h3>AUTHENTICITY OF PRODUCTS<\/h3>\nGO4GOAL is a Slovenian brand specialising in the development and manufacture of sportswear, particularly high-quality sports socks. All GO4GOAL products are 100% original.\n\n<h3>PERSONALISED PRODUCTS<\/h3>\nWe reserve the right to manufacture personalised products (DESIGN YOUR OWN) based on the customer&#8217;s selections made during the purchasing process.\n\nThe design on the final product may differ slightly from the graphic preview.\n\n<h3>DISCLAIMER<\/h3>\nThe provider makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its website is up to date and accurate. Nevertheless, product characteristics, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that the provider is unable to update the information on the website in time. If this occurs, the provider will inform the customer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or replace the ordered product.\n\n<h3>CONCLUSION OF A DISTANCE CONTRACT<\/h3>\nA distance sales contract is concluded at the moment we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. From that moment onwards, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer. Discounts, coupons and similar promotions cannot be combined. Your order is stored electronically at our company&#8217;s registered office. You may request a copy of your order by contacting us at info@go4goal.net.\n\n<h3>RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Odstavek\">Information regarding the exercise of the consumer&#8217;s right of withdrawal from the contract is provided in the following form: <a href=\"https:\/\/go4goal.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Informacije-uveljavljanje-pravice-potrosnika.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Withdrawal Information Form<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\nThe consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a withdrawal statement using the following form: <a href=\"https:\/\/go4goal.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Obrazec-odstop-od-pogodbe.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Withdrawal Form<\/span><\/a>\n\nFor contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer (this applies exclusively to individuals acquiring goods for purposes outside their trade or professional activity) has the right to notify the company within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the contract without having to provide a reason for their decision. The 14-day period begins on the day following receipt of the goods.\n\nThe consumer may notify the seller of withdrawal from the contract by email at [info@go4goal.net](mailto:info@go4goal.net) or send a copy of the withdrawal statement by registered mail to: GO4GOAL d.o.o., Ulica \u0160tefana Kova\u010da 61A, 9224 Turni\u0161\u010de.\n\nIn the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company will refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notification of withdrawal.\n\nThe company will refund payments to the consumer using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of another payment method and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result.\n\nIn the event of withdrawal from a contract where a discount code was used, the value of the discount is treated as a discount and is not refunded to the user.\n\nOnly the amount actually paid will be refunded to the user&#8217;s bank account, while any used bonus or promotional code will be returned to the user in the form of a new code.\n\n<h3>RETURN OF GOODS<\/h3>\nIf the customer withdraws from the contract after receiving the goods, they must return or hand them over to the company or to a person authorised by the company to receive the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying the company of the withdrawal, unless the company offers to collect the returned goods itself.\n\nIn this case, the customer must return the purchased goods unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice must also be enclosed.\n\nThe customer must return the goods to the seller undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the customer.\n\nIn the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must return the received goods within the statutory period or send them by post to the seller&#8217;s address.\n\nThe goods are considered to have been returned on time if the customer dispatches them before the expiry of the 14-day return period.\n\nThe customer must not use the goods before withdrawing from the contract.\n\nThe customer may inspect and test the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their actual condition.\n\n<strong>Damage to goods:<\/strong> the consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (Article 43d of ZVPot).\n\nReturn shipping is free of charge. As we want our customers to be completely satisfied and receive products that truly suit them, GO4GOAL d.o.o. covers the cost of shipping the returned product.\n\nThe product return\/exchange form is available <a href=\"https:\/\/go4goal.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Obrazec-vracilo-blaga.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">here<\/span><\/a>.\n\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong> personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they feature a unique design selected by the consumer.<\/span>\n\n<h3>WARRANTY<\/h3>\nProducts are covered by a warranty where this is stated on the invoice.\n\nThe warranty is valid subject to compliance with the instructions and presentation of the invoice.\n\nWarranty periods are stated on the invoice.\n\n<h3>MATERIAL DEFECTS<\/h3>\n<p class=\"Odstavek\">The consumer may exercise their rights arising from a material defect in accordance with Article 37 of ZVPot. Some details regarding the customer&#8217;s rights are described below.<\/p>\n\n<h3>COMPLAINTS<\/h3>\nAll products are inspected before being dispatched to customers and are sent in undamaged condition.\n\nIt is nevertheless possible for a product to reach the customer in a damaged condition. Damage to a product may occur during the manufacturing process.\n\nTo ensure that your products reach you undamaged and in their original packaging, we carefully pack them in a shipping box.\n\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Customer rights<\/strong><\/span>\n\nIf the goods are defective or damaged, the customer has the right to request that the defective product be replaced with a new, fault-free product, that the full amount paid be refunded, or that a proportionate part of the amount paid be refunded according to the extent of the defect. The customer may also choose another product; however, if the newly selected product is more expensive than the original product, the customer must pay the difference in price.\n\nThe customer or consumer may exercise their rights arising from a material defect if they notify the seller of the defect within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered (Article 37 of ZVPot).\n\n<p class=\"Odstavek\">In the notification of the defect, the consumer must describe the defect in detail and allow the seller to inspect the product.<\/p>\n\nProducts may only be exchanged upon presentation of the invoice.\n\n<strong>How is the suitability of a product assessed?<\/strong>\n\nThe suitability of a product is assessed by comparison with another fault-free product of the same type, as well as on the basis of the manufacturer&#8217;s statements or information provided on the product itself.\n\n<strong>How do I make a complaint about a product?<\/strong>\n\nGO4GOAL d.o.o. offers products of the highest quality; nevertheless, a defect may occasionally occur. Customers always have the option to submit a complaint regarding their product. If necessary, the product will be returned to the supplier, who will professionally inspect it and determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect, incorrect use or mechanical damage. If your complaint is found to be unjustified, you will receive an official written response explaining the findings.\n\n<strong>How do I submit a complaint?<\/strong>\n\nThe customer must notify us of any defect within the legally prescribed period and provide a detailed description of the defect on the complaint form. The customer does this at their own expense.\n\nThe customer must allow the product to be inspected.\n\nEnclose the complaint form with the product being returned and send it to the address provided below.\n\nThe product will be appropriately inspected after it is returned.\n\nThe customer covers the cost of sending and returning the product.
