Purchase in the online store – during purchasing you provide to us you name, surname, address, postal code, city, country, e-mail address, phone number, company name and company tax number. We need this information for the delivery, issuing the invoice and for the purpose of fulfilling the order. We will send you and order confirmation on the e-mail address that you will provide during the process of ordering. Data in anonymised summarised form can be used for statistical analysis purposes.

5. Your rights based on the given consent

An individual may at any time require the operator of personal data to permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of his personal data for the purposes stated above. Such a request may be addressed to info@go4goal.net at any time, but it must be specified which consents he wishes to revoke.

  • the right to lodge an appeal against the data operator with the supervisory authority if he believes that the processing of his personal data is in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation. 6. Ownership of data

We are the only owner of data gathered on this website. We undertake not to disclose this data to third persons, unless for the delivery of products. We will only supply the delivery service with the necessary data required for delivering the products purchased in our online store.

This is also the main reason why the consumers usually do not institute proceedings before the court. That is why we make every effort possible to resolve all disputes in mutual agreement.
