Sometimes, when shopping in an online store, it can happen that a certain product does not fit or meet your expectations. You can return the ordered products without stating a reason within 30 days after receiving the product. You have the option to choose a new product or we can reimburse your payment. If you decide to choose a new product and a new product is more expensive than the previous one, the buyer has to pay the price difference.
1. Inform us
When you receive the package and you are not satisfied with the product for any reason and you wish to return it, please inform us within 15 days of receiving a product. You can contact us via e-mail: email@example.com.
2. Fill out the form and appropriately pack the package
Product return form has to be completed and the product has to be appropriately packaged. The returned product has to be packed in the original packaging, with original labels, undamaged and unused. The original invoice has to be attached. Also, the product should be packed in additional protective packaging that will protect the original packaging (e.g. cardboard box). 3. Do not worry about costs
Postage for returning the product is free. Because we want our customers to be as satisfied as possible and receive the products that they truly want, the cost of sending the returned products is covered by GO4GOAL d.o.o.. If you wish for us to cover the costs of return, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can agree on the collection of package at the chosen address.
4. Replacement of the product or a refund
After the package is delivered to the address of the company GO4GOAL d.o.o., the product is inspected regarding possible irregularities or damages. The buyer can choose to be reimbursed or to be sent a new product. You will receive the new product or reimbursement within 10 business days.
